reviewed the Chair's Procedural Memorandum for the Senate Education Committee,
which can be found as Attachment A.  She invited Senator Story and
Senator Coram, co-sponsors, to present Senate Bill 21-058, which concerns
alternative principal programs.  Senator Story explained that the
alternative principal program is already in existence and that the bill
codifies it into law.

"junior" from the name of certain colleges.  Senator Simpson
