Senator Kerr and Senator Gardner introduced Senate Bill 18-138 concerning the transfer of alcohol from a surrendered liquor license. The bill allows the sale of alcohol inventory between specified liquor licensees in certain circumstances. Senator Kerr provided amendment L.001 (Attachment C) to the committee and discussed the purpose of the amendment.
