Gaspar Perricone, Department of Natural Resources, discussed the role of the Parks and Wildlife Commission and introduced the Governor's appointments to the board. Mr. Perricone explained that William G. Kane of Basalt, to serve as a representative of outdoor recreation and utilizes parks resources, reappointed for a term expiring July 1, 2019, was unable to be present for the hearing.
