Senator Johnston, prime sponsor, explained that he is working on an amendment related to the Landowner Hunting Preference Program that does not fit under the current title for Senate Bill 16-119. He requested that the bill be postponed indefinitely so that a new bill may be drafted to accommodate the proposed amendment.
