09:40 AM -- 3e. Introduce reporting bills.

Kristen Forrestal and Kip Kolkmeier, both from OLLS, discussed the 17 bill drafts before the Committee that correspond to the chart provided by Susan Riddle and the Legislative Council that referenced 24-1-136, which states that reporting requirements to the General Assembly from executive agencies of the judicial branch expire three years and one day after the first report is required. The Committee agreed in the last meeting that the executive branch agencies should provide input as to whether the reporting requirements should be continued. The bills are drafted purely technically—not with any attention to the report, so that the Committee, the agencies, and the JBC could discuss which requirements should be retained.
