Executive session pursuant to section 24-6-402 (3)(a)(II), C.R.S., for the purpose of conducting attorney-client discussions concerning specific claims or grievances. I move that the Committee on Legal Services retain Mr. Mark Grueskin of the law firm of Recht Kornfeld, P.C., on behalf of Senate President Garcia and Senate Secretary Markwell in the matter of John B. Cooke, Robert S. Gardner, and Chris Holbert v. Cindi Markwell and Leroy M. Garcia, filed in the Denver District Court.

For the Committee meeting Minority Leader Holbert replaced Senators Cooke and Gardner with Senators Hill and Lundeen.
