Michael McReynolds, Julia Richman, and Rus Pascal with the Office of Information Technology presented on the R-02 operating budget request referred by the Joint Budget Committee. The presentation from OIT is included as Attachment A. The budget request addresses myColorado and the sustainability and scalability of the application. Information on the budget request is included as Attachments B.1, B.2, and B.3.

The committee asked questions about law enforcement accepting myColorado, marketing of myColorado, the legality of accepting myColorado as legal identification, current projections, and other uses of the app.
