Dr. Janine Davidson,
President of Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU-Denver), provided
the committee with an overview of MSU and Colorado School of Mines' FY
2022-23 IT Capital Budget Request. Dr. Davidson was joined by Dr.
Monique Sendze, Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Operating Officer
of the Colorado School of Mines, as well as Kevin Taylor, Chief Information
Officer and Associate Vice President of MSU-Denver.

Dr. Sendze provided the committee with a more detailed explanation of the technical and financial aspects of the budget request. Dr. Sendze also highlighted the anticipated savings that will potentially result from the approval of the budget request.

the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) presented
to the committee on their FY 2022-23 IT Capital budget request. Representatives
included: Erick Scheminske, Director of Business Operations; Michael Ogletree,
Director of Air Pollution Control Division (APCD); Andrew Putnam, Environmental
Information Manager; and, Kristi Labarge, Governor's Office of Information
Technology (OIT) IT Director for CDPHE. The presentation can be found

Mr. Scheminske provided the committee with an overview of CDPHE's budget request. He explained that the request consists of two components- the Stationary Sources Program, and the Air Pollution Data Warehouse.
