Speaker Becker called the meeting to order
and explained that the committee would be voting on the fiscal information
language to include in the 2020 ballot information booklet for Proposition
EE, which concerns taxes on nicotine products (Attachment A). Greg
Sobetski, Legislative Council Staff, explained the proposition and proposed
language.
