Speaker Duran, chair, called the meeting to order and roll call was taken.

03:38:56 PM	Motion	I move that staff be authorized to complete the negotiations with Investigations Law Group and get a contract signed as soon as possible. The contract shall embody the RFP and the response but may make changes at staff's discretion to protect the interests of the General Assembly and to guarantee the best possible outcome of the project. The Speaker and President must approve the final contract. If an agreement cannot be reached, the committee shall make an alternate choice by letter.
