Kori Donaldson, representing
the University of Colorado System (UCCS), introduced the University of
Colorado Colorado Springs two-year cash list project (Attachment A).  Legislative
Council Staff write-ups of the two projects are included as Attachments
B and C.  Paul Mendoza and Dr. Don Rabern, both representing UCCS,
also presented.  The presenters responded to questions from the committee.

Development Committee consider the use of state funds to provide higher
education debt relief for cash-funded capital projects (Attachment D).
