Committee members received a copy of the bill and the associated fiscal note (Attachments A and B). Senator Garcia discussed recent plans by the Colorado State Patrol (CSP) and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for their facilities in Pueblo. Committee discussion ensued on the necessity of the bill. Kori Donaldson, Legislative Council Staff, came to the table to discuss the fiscal note. Committee discussion ensued on the required appropriation listed on the fiscal note and the required reporting deadlines.
