• Bill #4 – Concerning the Creation of a Beginning Farmer and Rancher Center, Informing the Public of Opportunities Available to Beginning Farmers and Ranchers (Attachments H and I); and

• Bill #6 – Concerning the Creation of the Agriculture Business Management Grant Program within the Department of Agriculture (Attachments J and K).

Senator Sonnenberg stated that the committee can recommend two bills to Legislative Council and that four members would needed to vote yes for a bill to move forward. He stated that the bills do not count against the members' five-bill limit.
