Committee members discussed potential recommendations to the Pension Review Commission.


	09:20:48 AM	Dianne Ray, State Auditor, and Michelle Colin, representing the Office of the State Auditor (OSA), explained the request for proposal process.
	09:43:18 AM	Nicole Meyers, representing the Office of Legislative Legal Services, responded to committee members' questions regarding the content of the independent review.
	09:44:16 AM	Representative Bird discussed the possibility of the OSA drafting a request for proposal to circulate amongst the subcommittee members.
	09:51:57 AM	The committee discussed whether or not PERA's governance would be included in the independent review.
	09:54:17 AM	The committee took a brief recess.
	10:10:01 AM	The committee reconvened.
	10:10:10 AM	Representative Bird explained the content of the committee's future meetings and requested that the Office of the State Auditor return to outline a governance review at the committee's next meeting.
