State Patrol Port of Entry Officers to direct traffic.  This will
be in addition to existing enforcement powers and will be helpful to local
communities when special events occur, including floods or accidents.

sponsors, introduced House Bill 20-1093, concerning county authority to
license and regulate a business.  The bill allows the board of county
commissioners to license business and business activity within the county,
including short-term rentals.  The regulation will include advertising
the short-term rental and setting fees, terms, and processes for licensing.
