Representative McLachlan and Representative Danielson presented House Bill 17-1374. The bill requires the Division of Colorado Parks and Wildlife in the Department of Natural Resources to offer, free of charge, a lifetime resident combination small game hunting and fishing license, or any big game license the person qualifies for under the rules of the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission, if the person:



• is currently a resident of Colorado and has been a resident for at least the previous two years;

• has served on active duty in the United States military for at least two years, and either separated from the military under honorable conditions or is an active duty member of the military.

Representative Lontine called the committee back to order. Representative Singer and Representative Saine presented House Joint Resolution 17-1034. The resolution concerns an application to the U.S. Congress to call a convention under Article V of the U.S. Constitution for the purpose of proposing an amendment to the U.S. Constitution to set a limit on the number of terms that a person may be elected as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.



Representative Saine and Representative Singer answered questions from the committee.
