Representative Becker, K., and Representative Rankin presented House Bill 16-1209, concerning the creation of a results first working group to examine ways to build program evaluation capacity for state and local programs. The sponsors requested that the bill be postponed indefinitely.







Representative Rankin responded to a question about the possibility of a working group to study the issue. Representative Court and Senator Lundberg commented on the bill. Representative Becker and Representative Rankin responded to the comments.
