Representative Pabon, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-139, which indefinitely extends the excise tax credit for sales of non-cigarette tobacco products to out-of-state consumers. Under current law, the credit is set to repeal effective September 1, 2018. Committee members received amendment L.001 (Attachment G). Representative Pabon responded to committee questions.
