Representative Wilson made a statement about the introduction and scheduling process for House Bill 16-1422, which funds public schools in Colorado. The program is designed to provide financial incentives for participating districts and charter schools to encourage high school students to enroll in and complete qualified industry-certificate programs, internship or pre-apprenticeship programs, and advanced placement courses.
