introduced House Bill 22-1133, Family & Medical Leave Insurance Fund.
 The bill transfers $57 million from the General Fund to the Family
and Medical Leave Insurance Fund for advance payments into state employer
accounts under the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Act administered
by the Division of Family and Medical Leave Insurance in the Colorado Department
of Labor and Employment.

and Hooton introduced House Bill 22-1040, Home Owners' Reasonable Access
to Common Areas.  Current law allows a home owners' association (HOA)
to regulate the use, maintenance, repair, replacement, and modification
of a community's common elements.  The bill specifies that an HOA
must protect owners' and their guests' access to common elements by clarifying
when an HOA may restrict access and requiring HOAs to notify owners of
restrictions lasting longer than 24 hours.

provided Amendments L.001 and L.002 (Attachments C and D).

The bill requires the Real Estate Commission in the Department of Regulatory Agencies to promulgate rules by January 1, 2023, requiring certain commission-approved forms to show whether a real estate transaction is based on an improvement location certificate or a land survey plat.
