to order.  Representatives McCluskie and Lynch, co-prime bill sponsors,
introduced Senate Bill 21-237 to the committee.  The bill repeals
the Forest Health Advisory Council within the Colorado State Forest Service
and creates the Forest Health Council within the Department of Natural
Resources.

and preparing the state in the event of the federal legalization of marijuana.
