Kachina Weaver, Governor's Office, presented information regarding the Colorado Digital Serives (CDS) and the related FY 2019-20 supplemental budget request. A handout was provided to the committee (Attachment A).

Jack Wylie, Department of Personnel and Administration, responded to questions from the committee related to the hiring practices for CDS and related laws.

Ms. Weaver responded to questions from the committee regarding the process used by the Governor's Office to prioritize projects and efforts to support higher education and the discussion surrounding the need for legislation for CDS.
