Director, Office of Legislative Workplace Relations, to come to the table
to review the drafts of the General Assembly Workplace Harassment and Expectations
Policies, which can be found as Attachments C and D.  Mr. FitzSimons
answered questions from the committee.

Mr. FitzSimons continued to answer questions
from the committee.  Jerry Barry, Office of Legislative Legal Services,
explained to the committee that a word was missing on page 8 of the Workplace
Harassment Policy and would need to be amended.
