Mr. Roudebush's presentation can be found online at: http://leg.colorado.gov/node/1221201/ Mr. Roudebush discussed managed groundwater recharge, specifically in the South Platte River Basin. He discussed return flow of the South Platte River and recharge projects sponsored by Ducks Unlimited. He also discussed the effect of recharge projects on the storage capacity in the South Platte River Basin. Mr. Roudebush responded to questions from the committee.
