Senate Bill 23-082, concerning creation of the Colorado fostering success
voucher program to assist foster youth.  The bill establishes the
Colorado Fostering Success voucher program to provide housing vouchers
and case management services to individuals who were part of the foster
or kinship care system and are experiencing or at risk of experiencing
homelessness.  The bill outlines the details of the program and eligibility
criteria for participation.  The program will be jointly developed
and administered by the Colorado Department of Human Services and the Division
of Housing within the Department of Local Affairs.
