President of the University of Northern Colorado, introduced the reappointees
to the board of trustees: Dick Monfort and Patricia Barela Rivera. The
Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A. Mr. Monfort
and Ms. Barela Rivera told the committee about their backgrounds and about
why they would like to be reappointed to the board.
