Representative Garnett and Representative Lontine, bill sponsors, presented House Bill 19-1127 to the committee.  The bill allows the Lieutenant Governor to serve as the Director of the Office of Saving People Money on Health Care and increases the salary of the Lieutenant Governor to serve in this role.  A handout was distributed to the committee (Attachment C).
