Representative Humphrey, bill sponsor, presented House Bill 19-1140.  The bill prohibits the State of Colorado from taking any action against a religious organization or an individual for acting on their religious beliefs or moral convictions regarding sexual orientation or gender identity for excluding a group or an individual from its services.  The organization or individual may file a claim against the state within two years of an alleged action violating the bill.
