to order.  Senators Hisey and Ginal, co-prime bill sponsors, introduced
Senate Bill 21-170, which requires a cooperative electric association  to
adopt a wildland fire protection plan. Senator Hisey shared that they would
like to postpone the bill indefinitely. Senators Hisey and Ginal responded
to comments from the committee.
