Jeremy Hill, Acting Director of the Office
of Administrative Services at the Colorado Department of Human Services
(CDHS), and Sarah Nelson, Director of Business Technology at CDHS, presented
CDHS's FY 2019-20 budget request: Joint Agency Interoperability using a
PowerPoint presentation (Attachment B). CDHS is requesting $2.3 million
in state and cash funds for the fifth phase of a five-phase project to
create a new system to maintain an interoperable environment.

Mr. Hill and Ms. Nelson presented CDHS's
second FY 2019-20 budget request: Colorado Crisis System Enhancements.
CDHS is requesting $1.5 million in state funds to improve its technical
infrastructure to support service coordination within the behavioral health
crisis system by adding functionality and integrating disparate technologies.
