regarding the responsibilities of the county treasurer.  The bill
updates the authority and duties of the county treasurer of each county,
including fees; receipts; chief deputy positions; the definition of a treasuer;
conveyance of property; notice of property tax exemption; declarations;
notice of school district mill levy; estimated payment of tax; tax liens
on mobile homes; personal property tax moving from county; abatement of
taxes; certification of taxes due; and county held liens.
