prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 23-1059 concerning studying permitting
motorcycles to drive around motor vehicles traveling in the same direction
or between rows of motor vehicles, known as "lane splitting".
 The bill proposes that a study be completed by the Department of
Transportation and the State Patrol by December 31, 2023.
