Elizabeth Haskell, Legislative Council Staff, presented the ballot analysis for Proposition 115, Prohibit Abortions After 22 Weeks.  She explained the measure and reviewed the information that is provided in the ballot analysis.  Amendments 1 and 2 were distributed to the committee (Attachments N and O).  A revised version of the Legislative Council Draft was distributed to the committee (Attachment P).  Submitted written testimony can be found as Attachment P(1).
