Emergency Action Coordination Team (RWEACT), testified before the committee.
 He provided a handout to committee members [Attachment B].  He
told the committee about the West Fork Complex Fire in 2013.

Mr. Smith discussed the creation of RWEACT, its governance, and the positive results of its collaborative work after the West Fork Complex fire. He cited improved resiliency, regional cooperation, and better radar to improve early storm warning.
