Cash Fund. Under current law, a fraction of state funds used for
capital construction projects goes to the Creative Industries Cash Fund
for the Art in Public Places Program. The bill clarifies that unexpended
money in the fund for this purpose is available to be spent in the next
two fiscal years, consistent with the spending authority for capital projects.
