	10:10:41 AM	Leora Joseph, Director of the Office of Civil and Forensic Mental Health, Colorado Department of Human Services gave a presentation to the commission on an update on competency. The presentation gave an overview of the office's responsibilities including mental health hospitals, forensic services, and mental health transitional living homes. Ms. Joseph provided information about the office's budget requests, the consent decree, competency, placement waiting lists, and staffing issues.
