Ms. Mullis began her presentation on the
Legislative Branch budget. A copy of her presentation can be found
as Attachment B.

Ms. Mullis continued her presentation on
the budget and answered questions from the committee. The members
requested having an annual discussion on legislative cash fund expenditures
and capital requests, and a status update on ongoing projects. Committee
discussion ensued.

The committee discussed legislative appropriations on full-time equivalent
staff. Ms. Mullis answered questions and explained the major components
of the operating budgets of the Legislative Service Agencies and General
Assembly.

for each of the Legislative Service Agencies and described the legislative
budget from a budget manager's perspective. She answered questions
