The bill allows the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to utilize $100,000 from the health research subaccount in the Medical Marijuana Cash Fund in FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24 for the administration of the Medical Marijuana Research Grant Program. Representative Hooton responded to questions from the committee.
