and Pettersen, co-prime sponsors, explained HB20B-1002 concerning the creation
of COVID-19 emergency grant relief programs for the child care sector,
and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.   The senators
noted that child care centers are struggling with COVID-19 and stressed
the importance of keeping them open so parents can work.
