Sharon Eubanks, Director, and Christy Chase, Assistant Director, Office of Legislative Legal Services, testified before the Committee. Jennifer Gilroy, Revisor of Statutes, Office of Legislative Legal Services, testified before the Committee. Representative Snyder and Ms. Gilroy discussed whether the law allows for electronic preservation of records or whether physical copies of statutes must be kept.

Senator Gardner and Ms. Gilroy discussed the Office's duty to keep records and the best way to preserve the official records.
