Concerning the ability of certain establishments licensed to sell alcohol beverages for on-premises consumption that serve food to allow a customer to remove one opened container of partially consumed vinous liquor from the licensed premises.

Alcohol beverages - removal of partially consumed vinous liquor - availability of meals, sandwiches, and snacks. The act clarifies that certain liquor licensees may allow a customer to reseal and remove from the licensed premises 1 opened container of partially consumed vinous liquor(s) if the licensee has meals or sandwiches and light snacks available for consumption on the licensed premises.
