State Infrastructure General Fund Transfers
Concerning the transfer of money from the general fund to cash funds that are used for the state's infrastructure.

In lieu of formulaic transfers, the act requires the state treasurer to transfer the following amounts from the general fund:
- $49.8 million to the capital construction fund on June 30, 2016;
- $199.2 million to the highway users tax fund on June 30, 2016;
- $52.7 million to the capital construction fund on June 30, 2017; and
- $158 million to the highway users tax fund on June 30, 2017.
