Senator Zenzinger
invited Celeste Archer, Executive Director of the Colorado Students Leaders
Institute (COSLI), to come to the table and introduce the appointees and
reappointee to the COSLI Executive Board:  Brian Hill, Armando Apio-White,
and Tyler Mounsey.  A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can
be found as Attachment A.   Ms. Archer gave background information
on the program.  The appointees took turns introducing themselves
to the committee and spoke about why they would like to serve on the COSLI
board.

Motion Refer the reappointment of Brian Hill and the appointments of Armando Apio-White and Tyler Mounsey to the Colorado Student Leaders Institute Executive Board to the full Senate with a favorable recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the consent calendar.
