	03:45:36 PM	Daniel Chase, CDLE, discussed the activities of the divisions within the department and any adjustments or developments within the divisions that have impacted their performance. He responded to questions from the committee regarding new rules around the FAMLI program.
	03:50:56 PM	Scott Moss, Division of Labor and Statistics, responded to questions from the committee regarding the FAMLI program and clarifying how the program will work for employers.
	03:54:41 PM	Director Barela clarified information related to the impact of the current emergency order that is in effect in the state.
