presented House Bill 23-1088, concerning a program to provide mental health
services for veterans who have exhausted federal administration mental
health benefits.  The bill creates a program in the Behavioral Health
Administration to reimburse mental health care providers for up to ten
sessions with veterans who have exhausted their federal veterans administration
mental health benefits.  Representative Martinez provided a handout
to the committee (Attachment A).
