to Educator Preparation.  The bill creates two stipend programs in
the Department of Higher Education to support students in education preparation
programs; expands options for assessing the professional competency of
prospective educators; and allows the Colorado Department of Education
to offer temporary eligibility authorization to additional types of educators.
