Kristina Heyl, Director,
Early Childhood Leadership Commission, introduced the presentation and
referred to the slides throughout (Attachment D). She summarized an overview
of the commission and how they are required to make recommendations, work
towards alignment across public and private entities, and monitor strategies
to increase access, quality, and equity. Ms. Heyl responded to comments
and questions.
