Capital Construction Supplemental
The 2022 general appropriations act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amounts appropriated for capital construction projects. The capital construction fund and cash funds portions of the appropriation are increased.
The 2019 general appropriations act is amended to add one new footnote to allow appropriations made to capital construction, controlled maintenance, department of military and veterans affairs, upgrade restrooms for code compliance, and Longmont readiness center to remain available until completion of the project or the close of the 2022-23 state fiscal year, whichever comes first. Another new footnote was added to allow appropriations made
to capital construction, capital renewal and recapitalization, department of public health and environment, replace mechanical system, and laboratory building (capital renewal) to remain available until completion of the project or the close of the close of the 2024-25 state fiscal year, whichever comes first.
The 2021 general appropriations act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated for capital construction projects. The cash funds portion of the appropriation is increased.
