Representatives Beckman and Sandridge, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 19-1204 to the committee.  This bill prohibits camping within 100 feet of an urban environmentally sensitive area and requires local public health agencies to conduct environmental impact studies and develop mitigation plans for all environmentally sensitive areas within their jurisdictions.  Representative Beckman provided a handout for the committee (Attachment A).
