Bill Summary

The bill clarifies that removes the prohibition against an employee of a retail liquor store or liquor-licensed drugstore who is at least 18 years of age but under 21 years of age may sell having contact with alcohol beverages at those establishments if the employee is supervised by another employee who is at least 21 years of age the liquor-licensed drugstore.
